An early 20th Century Dutch brass hanging ceiling light chandelier lamp in the 17th Century manner. Comprises a central double headed eagle over turned baluster column with central ball supporting the eight scroll arm candle sconces. Measures

Not converted to electricity, happy to quote to wire up, please note the arms are solid and the wires would have to be neatly attached to the tops of the arms
