A rare 17th Century Spanish antique colonial leather ships trunk chest of slight domed form having leather clad bodie with studded nailhead decoration depicting clubs with original large lock to front and studded scrollwork. The hinged lid opening tp reveal a later lined scarlet red interior with latticework. A good period example. Measures
