Interesting embroidered night cap displayed beneath a plastic dome, possibly 17th century, Purchased from Mary Bellis of HungerfordMeasuring ( case )

Condition
There are a few small tears which can be seen in the photographs and obvious signs of wear all over the dome is plastic and not glass
